Yes this includes if you’ve just taken braids out. Please book detangle service to avoid this and allow the time and care needed to perform the detangle service. Please make sure your extensions are clean, dry, and free from thread & product. There is a $25 fee for bundles that need to be shampooed. You will receive a confirmation text the day before your appointment. If I do not receive a confirm text back by 8a on your appointment date, your appointment will be canceled & you will be subject to a full service charge 🛑 PLEASE NO EXTRA PEOPLE ALLOWED AT YOUR APPOINTMENT UNLESS BEING SERVICED! In the event that you may be running late please call to inform me so that I can do my best to accommodate you.
